Delete your First Nivala account

You can delete your First Nivala account and all its data at any time.
Fastest: in the app, go to Settings → Delete my account & data.
Without the app: email support@firstnivala.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm within 48 hours and delete everything within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account and email address, your baby's profile, any health details, your plan history, and your consent records once we no longer need to keep them. Backup copies expire within a further 30 days.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first.
